Order Cancellation & Purchase Terms | Compliance with Egyptian Law No. 181/2018
سياسة إلغاء الطلبات وأحكام الشراء | طبقا لقانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018

 

1. Pre-Dispatch Order Cancellation / 1. إلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن

·       Free Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it enters processing or is handed over to our courier partner Bosta.
مهلة الإلغاء المجاني: يحق لك إلغاء طلبك مجاناً وبدون أي رسوم في أي وقت قبل البدء في تجهيزه أو تسليمه لشركة الشحن (بوسطة).

·       Cancellation Method: To cancel a pending order, contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp (+20 100 000 0000) or email with your Order ID.
طريقة الإلغاء: لإلغاء الطلب، يرجى التواصل مع فريق الدعم فوراً عبر الواتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني مع إرفاق رقم الطلب.

2. Post-Dispatch & In-Transit Cancellation / 2. إلغاء الطلب بعد التسليم لشركة الشحن

·       Shipping Fee Retention: If you cancel after the order has been picked up by Bosta or reject delivery at your doorstep without a valid legal reason (e.g. damaged goods), original shipping fees will be non-refundable.
خصم مصاريف الشحن: في حالة إلغاء الطلب بعد تسليمه لشركة بوسطة أو رفض الاستلام عند الوصول دون سبب قانوني عادل (مثل تلف المنتج)، فإن مصاريف الشحن الأصلية تكون غير قابلة للاسترداد.

·       COD Order Refusals: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders rejected without valid justification, two-way courier delivery fees may be deducted from future store credits or pre-orders.
رفض طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام: بالنسبة لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام التي يتم رفضها دون سبب مشروع، قد يتم خصم رسوم الشحن الذهاب والعودة من الرصيد المستقبلي.

3. Custom Coffee Grinding Exceptions / 3. استثناءات القهوة المطحونة حسب الطلب

In accordance with Article 17 of Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, orders that include custom-ground coffee beans (ground specifically upon customer specification) cannot be canceled once grinding has commenced, as these constitute personalized perishable goods.
وفقاً للمادة 17 من قانون حماية المستهلك المصري، فإن الطلبات التي تتضمن بن مطحون خصيصاً بناءً على اختيار العميل لا يمكن إلغاؤها بمجرد البدء في عملية الطحن، حيث تُعد سلعاً مخصصة قابلة للتلف.

4. Store-Initiated Order Cancellations / 4. إلغاء الطلبات من جانب المتجر

·       Store Cancellation Rights: Dark Solution Coffee Roasters reserves the right to cancel an order if items are out of stock, in case of pricing/technical glitches, or unverified contact details.
حقوق المتجر في الإلغاء: تحتفظ دارك سولوشن كوفي روستر بحق إلغاء الطلب في حالة نفاد المخزون، أو وجود خطأ تقني في الأسعار، أو عدم إمكانية التحقق من بيانات التواصل.

·       Full Prepaid Refund Guarantee: If Dark Solution cancels your order, any prepaid amounts will be refunded in full (100%) back to your payment card or digital wallet immediately.
ضمان رد المبلغ كاملاً: في حالة إلغاء الطلب من جانب المتجر، يتم إعادة إجمالي المبلغ المدفوع مقدماً بنسبة 100% إلى بطاقتك أو محفظتك الإلكترونية فوراً.

5. Cancellation Refund Execution / 5. استرداد الأموال عند الإلغاء

·       Prepaid Refunds: Prepaid orders canceled prior to shipping will be refunded to the credit/debit card or mobile wallet within 3 to 7 business days.
استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة: الطلبات المدفوعة مقدماً والتي يتم إلغاؤها قبل الشحن يتم رد مبالغها إلى البطاقة أو المحفظة الإلكترونية خلال 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
